Brief Description of Your Organization's Activities: Boys Farm is a Christian, charitable and educational children’s home. We have been working with boys from various parts of South Carolina in a residential setting for over 60 years. Boys Farm was founded in 1960 by Reverend and Mrs. W. D. Shealy, Jr. (Pop & Mama). Preparation for this work was begun many years before in Charleston, SC, where the Shealy's were owners of a large, successful ice cream business. When they felt called into Christian ministry, they sold their home and business and went off to prepare for the ministry. As the couple sought God's direction, He led them to establish a home for disadvantaged boys. They bought the current site with their own resources and began the work to which God had called them, provide a home for at-risk children. Our activities are centered around creating a family oriented home for at-risk children. Up to 8 children live in a house with a married christian couple. The house parents instill in the children good work ethic and citizenship and share the gospel through church worship and family worship. The children participate in daily chores in the house and outside to help maintain our campus. We stress the importance of good academic outcomes and the children have access to after school tutoring and a reading competition during the summer months to keep them on track academically. The children participate in weekly organized sports and exercise activities and help out with the summer gardens and farm animals. During the summer months the children participate in Christian summer camps in the mountains and the beach. We also have a strong focus on assisting the children as they turn 18 and prepare to live on their own. We have a structured program that provides shelter and support as children become adults and begin to learn to become independent.

Manner in which your organization shares the gospel of Jesus Christ: We seek to share the gospel of Jesus Christ in a multitude of ways. The houseparents are expected to exemplify Christ in their daily activities and share Christ as opportunities present themselves. Each of the houses attend weekly Sunday worship service at local churches as well as Wednesday youth Bible study. During the week, in the houses, the families participate in evening devotions and family worship. Children are encouraged to express and share their faith during these times of fellowship and worship.

A faith-based, 9-month transitional housing/shelter program for women in recovery and homeless women.  While at the Center women will receive addiction recovery assistance(as needed), employment and education for increasing job skills, and classes teaching various life-skills to become economically self-sufficient.  We provide a safe, loving place to heal and grown emotionally and spiritually.

Chosen Children Ministries seeks to make Christ know and bring Life-Transformation to men, women, and children in Nicaragua. Our primary focus is church planting. We currently have 26 churches in Nicaragua where we serve families who live on about $2/day. We mobilize mission teams from all over the U.S. to provide evangelism, discipleship, homes, latrines, nutrition programs, education, business development, a 3-year Bible Institute, freshwater wells, medical care, child sponsorship, and more. We plan and provide Large Conferences for female athletes and coaches in three separate age divisions; Elementary School, Middle and High School, and College. These include age-appropriate breakout sessions led by professionals on topics including Self Esteem, Identity and Value, Social Media, Bullying, Peer Pressure, Anxiety, Depression, Suicide, Human Trafficking, Body Image, Eating Disorders, and Life After Sports. Our conference ends with a motivating and inspirational challenge from nationally recognized women in the sports world.

We provide Luncheons, Events, and Retreats specifically for female coaches to encourage and equip them as they lead and influence the girls they coach. This includes a “Moms Who Coach” support group.

We provide and lead Team Dynamics Development for individual teams, meeting with them and using biblical principles and resources to guide and encourage the teams.

We are very excited to be in the process of publishing the FACES of Total Victory Devotional Bible to give to all who participate in these events. This will be the first Devotional Bible with content included specifically for female athletes and coaches, as all the devotions are being written by women who competed at the professional, Olympic, or collegiate level. This will be a huge resource for the ministry, putting God’s word in the hands of literally thousands of girls and women.

Impact Sports is an interdenominational ministry whose mission is to use sports to take the Gospel to places it's never been, is not allowed, or the delivery of it has been previously ineffective. Our primary goal is to use God-given talents, abilities, and expertise in sports to gain access to lost people who are resistant to traditional means of evangelism or have never had the opportunity to hear the Truth of the Gospel message. Our secondary goal is to see other believers grow in their walk with Christ as they use their abilities for His glory and see peoples' lives impacted in return. Our desire is to help those we serve, athletes and coaches, understand their responsibility to be good stewards of their talents and to equip them to use those talents for God rather than for themselves. In essence, we want to take athletes, and we bring home missionaries.

JumpStart Ministry is committed to the goal of providing Christian assistance in the areas of preparation, provision, and placement to prisoners who are 2 years or less within their max out or parole date. Preparation will start with our qualified re-entry program called J.U.M.P. (Just Using Master's Plan) S.T.A.R.T. (Staying True After Release Time) prior to release by the SC Department of Corrections. Provision to ex-offenders will include assistance with transitional housing, jobs, and mentoring for 1 year after release (only those who have graduated). Placement will include assisting individuals with buying their first homes after successful completion of 2 years of our inside/outside re-entry program.

Education 

We provide free awareness and prevention presentations and trainings to any group who invites us. Examples of groups we've served include but are not limited to Churches, Youth Groups, Businesses, Law Enforcement, Medical Professionals, Firefighters, Rotary Clubs, DJJ, Mental Health Counselors, Schools, Girl Scouts, Men's Prayer Breakfasts, etc.  In our 5 years in ministry so far we've presented to over 40,000 people all across SC.

Lighthouse for Life has provided direct services to over 40 surivovrs of human trafficking. These services include networking or referals to legal assistance, counseling, medical services, transportation, housing, food, clothing, etc. 

Restoration

Lighthouse for Life is pursuing opening a safe home for females age 12-21 who are rescued from sex trafficking. This home will serve residents from all over SC. The home is located in Richland County. The home is furnished and we are debt free.

We have titled this Program Karis Home. Karis is the Greek word for grace. The core value of our ministry is "grace wins." Christ has demonstrated his grace for us by giving His life to redeem us.  Our staff will in turn demonstrate grace and love to our residents.  Karis Home is designed to be a long term restoration home that will house up to 5 survivors at a time. We will offer a trauma informed program unique designed with Individual Care Plans taylored to each resident. We will provide all necessary things for the resdients including education, counseling, medical care, etc. Karis Home is a licensed safe home with the South Carolina Department of Social Services. We are a contracted Level 3 program. We are currently hiring and training caregivers and desire to open our doors to residents as soon as possible.

We also provide resources for parents in order to equip them to make every home a safe and grace filled home. Nightlight Christian Adoptions is a full-service, Hague accredited child placement agency, licensed in ten states, CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, KY, MO, OK, SC, and TX. Nightlight's adoption programs include comprehensive international, domestic, embryo, foster care, and home study services.

The Proactive Parenting Initiative’s (PPI) purpose is to plant

parent education centers in communities that are welcoming to the organization. The goal is to train

parents to be the positive influence in the lives of their children so that their children become

productive members of our society. To that end, educational training classes are given to parents on

how to respond to unwanted behaviors being exhibited by their children. Parents are taught to control

the child’s environment rather than trying to control the child. The core beliefs of the programs are to

praise good behaviors, to reward work, and to implement consequences for unwanted behaviors.

Consequences are focused on taking away a child’s list of desires for a short period of time.

Additionally, Proactive Parenting Initiative conducts weekend TEASPOT’s (Take Everything Away for a

Our mission is empower teens to resist drug use and make healthy lifestyle choices. We do this by providing breakthrough prevention programs that innovatively address the crisis of drug use and addiction among teens and their families.

We provide our signature prevention and intervention programming in two settings throughout Upstate SC: schools and churches. Our I RIZE program integrates its activities and services with partnering schools for the duration of an academic year to serve middle and high school students and their families. Our RIZE Above program provides select elements of the I RIZE program to teens and families in initiate cooperation with our church partners. Those I RIZE elements are enhanced by the delivery of the 10-week “Streams of Hope” family transformation program.

For both programs, we provide the support and resources to teens and families via our Community Connector for Families in Crisis. We also provide scholarships for therapeutic mental health counseling, behavioral health treatment, and equine therapy to facilitate the achievement of lasting peace and prosperity found through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In the coming years, we hope to offer our programs statewide.

Mission Statement or Ministry Purpose: School Ministries is a nonprofit that exists to partner with communities across America bringing hope and purpose in the lives of public school students and their families through Christian Released Time Bible Education. The mission of School Ministries is to assist local communities in the creation, support, and growth of Released Time Bible Education programs. How do we assist Released Time Bible Education programs?

By HELPING NEW PROGRAMS FORM AND LAUNCH with step-by-step instructions and guidance, assistance with non-profit status, legal assistance with the laws and communications, forms and documents, curriculum, training, background checks, insurance, and more.

By ENCOURAGING, EQUIPPING, AND EDUCATING EXISTING PROGRAMS through in-person and virtual training and counsel, bi-annual conference, model and best practice resources, and group discount services.

Mission Statement or Ministry Purpose: Providing physical and spiritual sight to those in need by connecting them with professional eye care providers and giving them an opportunity to pay it forward to their local community.

Brief Description of Your Organization's Activities: We take our vision van to free medical clinics, churches and community center and provide free vision screenings. We then work with eye care professionals to give their time and resources via office appointments, glasses and cataract surgeries for a 9 month period of time. We require they go through an orientation class with us to learn the purpose and value of the program and services they receive. We ask them to pay a $25 program fee and tell us if they are willing to volunteer with another person in our program with any skills or resources they have available. We follow up with them 3 months and 9 months after their appointments to measure their quality of life and to connect them with another person to pay it forward and/or to be served by another.

Shade Tree Ministries offers free of charge a place for pastors, missionaries and para-church organizational leaders to join their spouse in a few days retreat and respite. Various locations are available, but primarily at Shade Tree headquarters on Lake Keowee, Seneca, SC. Brief Description of Your Organization's Activities: St. Clare's Home is a maternity home for expectant mothers who choose life and are in need of shelter, safety and security. We provide housing and educational care to them ( and to their already born children).
During their stay, moms are educated on parenting skills, family planning and independent living skills. Our moms also can further their education. They are permitted to stay for up to one year after the birth of their babies and then we launch them to new housing, employment and independence.

Mission Statement or Ministry Purpose: The primary goal of TIBI is to train Hispanic men and women to make disciples of Jesus Christ, who make other disciples, who are then gathered into churches sharing that mission. These people are active in community development, character formation, family enrichment, conflict resolution, counseling, and social justice.

Brief Description of Your Organization's Activities: We give scholarships to certain well-qualified students who undergo a rigorous selection process, so that they can study full-time live by video conferencing to prepare themselves to serve in the local church. Our students take 42 courses in Bible text, languages, exegesis, and ministry skills, and receive a Bachelor of Biblical Studies. They also must invest at least 10 hours per week in the local church, supervised by a local church leader and our full-time field work supervisor, Carlos Camacho, who has 38 years of successful experience in church planting and nurturing.

At the end of our intensive two-year program, our students have had 1600 hours of class instruction with academically qualified professors who between them also have hundreds of years of ministry experience. They have invested at least 1000 hours in ministry in their local churches. And they have done all this from their homes and home churches, without having to leave their families and congregations to receive training. The ability to train them literally in their homes has been a crucial advantage during the coronavirus period, because they have not lost one hour of training due to quarantines or shelter in place, though most of their countries were totally shut down.

In addition to our full time scholarship students who work by video conferencing, we offer the same courses online in video format, 24/7, and also on hard drives for those who don't have access to internet. In all, we currently have about 3800 students in 76 countries.

Our Mission is to help men find sobriety, life, hope and faith. Our facility is a 6-month live-rehabilitation. The first 30 days consist of counseling, class, and studies. From there we offer job training classes and life skills classes, then on to working in the field.

Every day, and for 148 years, we address the child welfare crisis at the root level, the family level, to prevent instability or breakdown before it happens. Thornwell’s enduring mission and continuum of care services include foster and residential care, educational support, family services, and life skills training to meet children and families wherever they are in their journey to healing. When a family gains access to loving support, resources, and care, it can change just about everything.

Brief Description of Your Organization's Activities: Thornwell is compelled to provide a holistic continuum of care model where children can build resilience and recover from trauma while their family actively engages in parenting support/training, family therapy, and transitional services. Thornwell is seeking to intervene and address the full family system.

Just as Jesus cared for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people, we strive for a whole-person approach to wellness. We approach wellness through a Christian view, acknowledging that true wholeness is achieved when individuals grow in their relationship with God.

Our goal is always 3-fold with the women we serve:

Spiritually: Accept, renew, or deepen their relationship with the Lord.  Understanding who they are in Christ.

Emotionally: Help women decrease stress and overwhelm in order to walk in the peace of God with the joy of the Lord.

Physically: Increase health, strength, endurance, and energy through movement, nutrition, and proper rest.

Tri-Fi Women's Ministry offers financial aid scholarships to women who would benefit from professional Christian life coaching but may not be able to afford it. Women learn to prioritize self-care wellness and implement healthy habits, behaviors, and mindsets so that they may glorify God and feel more peace as they fulfill God’s purpose and plan for their lives.

In addition to providing scholarships to women, we also offer Women’s Bible Studies, Community and Online Educational Workshops, and Faith-based Wellness Retreats.

Mission Statement or Ministry Purpose:

We reach out to the disabled community through theavenue of loaning out tracked off-road capable wheelchairs free of charge to individuals in need. I wasparalyzed in a duck hunting accident that should have killed me, but God had other plans. It can bevery hard for an able bodied person to relate to someone especially who is paralyzed. Since I am inthe same shoes as them, I am able to share with each of our users how God spared my life bothphysically that day and eternally years prior. The trackchair is simply an avenue to develop theconnection with the person and facilitate the meeting and interaction. At the same time, offering theservice to them for free at no cost at all to them, allows them to be receptive to hearing what I have toshare with them and it is a immediate way to show them the love of Christ through action. Being ableto be outdoors is something most able bodied people take for granted. For a disabled person in awheelchair or with mobility challenges, getting even in the grass can be a huge challenge and evenimpossible. Many were able bodied at one point before a traumatic event changed the course of theirlives. We want them to know tools are out there to make things possible and for our organization, wehave our motto being Luke 1:37, "For with God, nothing will be impossible." That message can be aray of hope and being able to get out in God's creation again can be extremely therapeutic for manyof our chair users. Psalms 19:1 says that the heavens declare the glory of God and the skies proclaimthe work of his hands... To us, it is important that people with mobility challenges are able to see andexperience that!

Brief Description of Your Organization's Activities:

Primarily we loan out (and even deliver ifneeded) tracked wheelchairs to individuals with mobility challenges anywhere in SC and parts of NC.We also provide resources for others out of state to find similar programs near them. We facilitatethose looking to purchase a chair for themselves to be able to find one within their budget on the

used market. We also share the story God has given us through any news interviews, or speakingengagements that arise.
